About Us

Who we are – The booster club is comprised of all the parents of Pioneer Theatre Guild members. 

What we do – Many things! We provide meals and snacks for the company during tech week, help run the house during shows, manage student concessions throughout the school year and fundraise to help with production costs. 

Why we need your help – Your involvement makes for a well-fed, happy theater company, a smoothly-run house and incredible productions!

How can you help – Start by emailing PTGBCmail@gmail.com to get on our list to receive periodic updates. We will let you know about all the opportunities for you to get involved. We'll also keep you in-the-know about details that your student may forget to tell you – like paperwork, parent meetings and upcoming productions. You're welcome to attend and participate in our Board meetings.

Getting started – Soon after casting for each show, we hold a parent meeting. At that meeting you’ll be introduced to the Booster Club board, the show's producers and the staff that will be supervising the company. At this meeting we will have information about volunteer jobs, program ads and food donations. You can also get a tour of the back stage areas your students will be exploring.
